TREATMENT BOOKINGS:
All treatment bookings require a 50% deposit.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
All bookings have a strictly enforced 24hr cancellation policy.
All bookings receive an email and sms reminder 48hrs before appt, allowing enough notice. We strongly advise clients to use their calendars to prevent forgetfulness.
All clients may reschedule their appt via the link provided before the 24hr cutoff.
All bookings are by appt only; therefore, if you run more than 10min late, you will lose your appt time and deposit. Running up to 10min late will cut into your allocated treatment time.
Rescheduling within 24hrs of an appt is deemed a late cancellation.
Unfortunately, Medita Skin cannot and will not wear the loss of cost and time due to client's work, illness, children, running late, forgetting, no show, change of mind, excuses/reasons etc.
All treatments have expiries. There won't be compensation for treatments not redeemed within the allocated timeframe.
All clients are accountable for their treatments; therefore, Medita Skin is not responsible for chasing clients to book in.
All prepaid treatments act as a deposit for booking.
All treatment packages are non-refundable or non-transferable.
We advise children to refrain from coming along to appts.
PRODUCTS ORDERS:
All Dr Spiller skincare orders require a login to purchase online.
All product orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
All product purchases are non-refundable or exchangeable.
All product pricing is subject to change without notice, meaning if the supplier increases their pricing, this follows through to retail.
All clients are notified when their order is ready for collection, and a time must be scheduled for pickup at the Studio.
All product samples are $5 each to try. Payment for product samples is redeemable towards retail products within one week of purchase.
SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped within 48hrs.
All products are shipped together; therefore, if a product is out of stock, the order will be shipped when all products are ready. Clients will be notified of any delays.
All orders are shipped via Express Aus Post with product protection for only $9.99 Australia-wide.
International shipping is not available.
Medita Skin is not liable for delays, losses, theft, or damage caused during the transition.
PRIVACY:
All personal information provided is strictly private and confidential.
All consultations and conversations are strictly private and confidential.
Most professions generate business via social media so Medita Skin may capture exciting and interesting pictures or videos throughout appts.
Your Dermal Therapist will advise you before posting any footage. Please let them know if you wish to refrain from appearing on socials.
GIFT VOUCHERS:
Medita Skin does not provide gift vouchers for the value of money. However, spoiling that special someone with treatment is accepted. You may book them in, or the service is added to their account for them to book. Please note; all treatments come with a four weeks expiry from the date of purchase.
REWARDS:
With every $1000 spent, clients receive $50 credit towards their upcoming purchases. • Clients receive a $15 credit towards their upcoming purchase with every new client referral. • Clients receive a $10 credit towards their upcoming purchase when leaving a 5-star review. • Clients receive a $5 credit towards their upcoming purchase when sharing and tagging @meditaskin_ on social platforms. • All credit rewards expire after eight weeks.
PAYMENT:
All online payments require a valid credit card.
All Studio payments need cash or bank transfer.
All bank transfers must be processed before leaving the Studio.
Due to outrageous transaction fees, Medita Skin has decided not to use an EFT tap service as we do not wish to charge a Surcharge.
OTHER:
Medita Skin advises you only to book or purchase if our terms and conditions are suitable to avoid disappointment.
Medita Skin reserves the right to the client's results, and clients agree that results differ from person to person.
Medita Skin reserves the right to determine the difference between the skin responding to treatment and/or products and an actual reaction.
Medita Skin reserves the right to change its terms and conditions occasionally. Changes are published on the website.
Medita Skin reserves the right to dismiss any aggressive or bullying behaviour.
Medita Skin reserves the right to refuse service if being treated or spoken to disrespectfully.
